Bayadera Logistic supplies 35,000 retail locations across Ukraine, ensuring broad brand representation in the majority of stores.

Each month, the company moves 500-800 trucks domestically between warehouses, with 150+ trucks handling imports and exports. The logistics team’s primary goal is to ensure timely deliveries at competitive market rates.

The logistics system initially set centralized tariffs for transportation. However, each regional branch employed its own logistics manager, who independently arranged transport.

Over time, rising costs and a lack of negotiation efforts led to higher rates. Since the transportation market is highly competitive, carriers frequently fought for contracts, and pricing became influenced by managers’ subjective decisions.

To reduce unnecessary spending, the company needed an independent market assessment and a way to encourage employees to optimize transport costs.
